Root Canal Therapy. Sometimes, in the case of trauma, tooth cracks, or deep cavities, a root canal is required to save the teeth. We offer various sedation options to help you feel more comfortable and relaxed. During this process, we will remove the infection and place a filling to help strengthen the tooth. Later, we will prepare it for a crown to maintain structural integrity and restore your chewing function and your smile.
Extractions. In the event that a tooth is unable to be saved, or wisdom teeth are becoming problematic or painful, we can perform an extraction. We want you to be as comfortable as possible, and we offer multiple sedation options for you. Please ask us for treatment options to help you restore the area of the missing tooth, too.
Sedation Dentistry. If you are feeling anxious about a procedure, we offer sedation dentistry to help ease your anxieties. We offer nitrous oxide, commonly known as “laughing gas.” This is a fast-acting, quickly resolving form of inhaled sedation to help you feel more relaxed during procedures. We also offer oral sedation in the form of dissolvable tablets, which we will prescribe for you to take an hour before your procedure. With oral sedation, we do require that you have someone drive you home after the procedure for your safety.
